Ce centre applique le «Suntrap Procedure Manual, Process Center of OA» (manuel de projet et d'exploitation, fichier de processus) et d’autres moyens de gestion et de collaboration et fichiers de programme, afin d’établir des processus de gestion et opération complet et standardisé.
